We will perform an upgrade of the Chameleon reservation service (Blazar) on CHI@TACC on September 3, 2018 between the hours of 4 AM and 8 AM Central Time. During this period, you may at times not be able to create or manage leases, but all other operations will still work: you will be able to launch new instances and access existing ones.

Starting at 10:56 AM until 11:23 AM networking to instances at CHI@TACC was unavailable. We believe that connectvitiy has been restored. If you are continuing to experience issues with networking to your instnaces, please let us know using our help desk (https://www.chameleoncloud.org/user/help/)

On Wednesday June 20, between 6 AM and 6:30 AM Central Time, a network maintenance will impact external connectivity of UC stitchable networks. This will only impact you if you are using the External Testbed Stitching feature on CHI@UC. The actual outage should be only 5 minutes, but the entire 30 minutes window is reserved.

KVM cloud unavailable

All nodes on CHI@UC are reserved for a planned maintenance on Tuesday, May 29, from 2 AM to 7 PM Central Daylight Time. This maintenance is in preparation for switching the testbed to a multi-region configuration. CHI@TACC will remain available during this time.

CHI@TACC is currently experiencing network instability that is affecting instances. Access to instances and services for CHI@TACC may become unavailable as we troubleshoot and correct this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: The work is complete, and CHI@TACC has been returned to production.

We are planning a maintenance on CHI@TACC to apply configuration changes with the aim of improving performance of the system. This maintenance is scheduled to start from 6 AM Central Time on Tuesday, May 22. All available nodes have been reserved until 6 PM Central Time. Instances launched on existing reservations may experience some interruptions of connectivity during the day.
