Dear Chameleon Users,

As we approach the holiday season, we’d like to thank you once again for being a part of our wonderful Chameleon community!

Please keep in mind the following adjustments in our schedule over the next few weeks:

• The Chameleon Help Desk will be closed from Wednesday, December 24 until January 5th, meaning that we won’t be responding to support requests or reviewing allocation and PI requests during this time. Be sure to submit any project renewals as soon as possible to avoid a lapse in your allocation.

• As tradition, we are bringing back the 2-week lease as a consolation for our support absence. From Friday, December 19 to the 23rd, we’ll permit you to make 14-day leases for nodes and VMs that typically have 7-day limits. So, while we are away, you can keep your experiments running on Chameleon. These 14-day leases must start before December 24th.
