This outage is now resolved, CHI@UC appears to be working as normal.
We don't yet have a root cause from our provider, but are working with them to prevent a repeat.
We're currently receiving reports of connectivity issues to instance floating IPs at CHI@UC, as well as that the "instances" page (https://chi.uc.chameleoncloud.org/project/instances/) is timing out.
We currently suspect that both are due to upstream routing issues, and have escalated to the team at ANL.
