Network related outage at UC

Update 2015-11-02 23:00 UTC: The maintenance is extended until midnight Central Time to perform additional testing on the infrastructure.

Network configuration changes on the Chameleon cluster at University of Chicago will be performed on Monday, November 2nd, 2015 starting at 8 AM Central Time. The OpenStack dashboard (https://chi.uc.chameleoncloud.org) and all nodes at UC will be unavailable during the duration of the outage. Existing reservations will be updated to terminate at 8 AM Central Time. All instances will be terminated, as such please ensure that you snapshot any required data before that date. We plan to resume operation by 5 PM Central Time.
