As of around 12pm today, the CHI@UC controller nodes lost connectivity to the out-of-band network used to control node provisioning.
We're working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, users will not be able to launch new instances, or power on/off existing ones, but currently running instances should be unaffected.
We'll follow up with a resolution, or eta for a fix once more information is known.
