We have been experiencing an outage around logging in to CHI@TACC since around 11PM CT last night. We are working to fix the root cause. Logins to CHI@UC should still be possible; the link is here: https://chi.uc.chameleoncloud.org. KVM@TACC also is currently operational.
Update (02/06 10:00CT): we have stabilized the login system at this time. For the duration of this reported outage, some login attempts would fail, while others experienced no difficulties. This was largely a function of having a pre-existing session. Connectivity to experimental environments was not affected. The issue did end up affecting not only CHI@TACC, but CHI@UC and KVM@TACC. Logins to Jupyter notebook servers were not affected.
