Update 2015-11-03 05:10 UTC: Access to the KVM cloud has been restored today. We also had issues on Bare Metal caused by the outage on Friday, however these should be solved now. Thanks for your patience.

Update 2015-10-31 02:50 UTC: We have restored access to the website and both bare-metal clouds. However, the KVM cloud at TACC will remain unavailable until Monday when we will send a new update.

Initial message 2015-10-31 02:00 UTC: In the past hour we experienced a network outage impacting core Chameleon services. All services, including the website, bare metal clouds, and the KVM cloud, were impacted. We are gradually restoring access to the system.
