Authentication issues affecting some users

This has been resolved: Users receiving "No active allocations" in error can fix it by logging out and back in.


Update 6:30pm: Only a small subset of users seem to be impacted, and we haven't been able to replicate the issue without more information. Downgrading the severity for now. As always, please contact the helpdesk if this impacts you.


Some users are erroniously receiving the error message "No active allocations" when attempting to access a chameleon site.
As a workaround, please attempt to log-out and log back into Chameleon by clicking https://chameleoncloud.org/logout/.

If that does not resolve your issue, please contact the help desk with your username, email, and project name.
